Scope
GB/T 33534-2017 is the English-translated version of 失业登记管理服务规范.
GB/T 33534-2017 sets out how Chinese public employment service agencies run the registration of unemployed people.
It fixes the content and requirements of the service, the service process, and the supervision, evaluation and improvement of it, and it defines a registered unemployed person as an urban resident who has registered as unemployed and is receiving public employment services.
Registration is made on the voluntary application of the person concerned, and clause 4 lists who may register, from people aged at least 16 who have left school and people who have lost a job with an employer to owners of businesses that have stopped trading and ex-servicemen outside national reassignment.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the service content and requirements of the unemployment registration management service, service process, service supervision, evaluation and improvement.
This standard applies to public employment service agencies to carry out unemployment registration management services.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 33528 Definitions and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Registered unemployed person
Has been unemployed for unemployment, is receiving public employment services in urban residents unemployed.
4 Service contents and requirements
4.1 Unemployment registration
4.1.1 Public employment service agencies shall provide registration services for information on unemployment status on the principle of voluntary use of the unemployed.
4.1.2 The scope of unemployment registration should include, but is not limited to, the following unemployed persons in urban areas.
a) at least 16 years of age, graduated from various types of schools,
b) from the enterprises, institutions, institutions and other types of employers unemployed;
c) the owner of an individual business owner or the owner of the private enterprise ceases to operate and the bankruptcy ceases to operate;
d) contracted land is requisitioned, in line with local conditions;
e) the military withdrew from active duty and was not included in the national reorganization;
f) the release of parole, parole, prison outside the implementation of the.
4.1.3 The registration of unemployment information should include, but not be limited to, the following information.
