Scope
GB/T 33532-2017 is the English-translated version of 就业登记管理服务规范.
GB/T 33532-2017 specifies the employment registration management service provided by public employment service bodies. It gives the content of the service and its requirements, the service process, and the supervision, evaluation and improvement of the service.
Registration is handled either for an employing unit, which registers the conclusion, termination or cancellation of labour contracts and the employment status of its workers, or for a worker applying in person, and the record must include at least the worker's personal details, the type of employment, the date of employment, the employing unit and the contract event.
The registration window is set up in a comprehensive service site in accordance with GB/T 33553, and registration is accepted at once. It takes its vocabulary from GB/T 33528. Issued on 9 March 2017, it has applied since 1 October 2017.

This standard is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the service content and requirements of service registration management service, service process, service supervision, evaluation and improvement.
This standard applies to public employment service agencies to carry out employment registration management services.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 33528 The terms and definitions defined apply to this document.
4 Service contents and requirements
4.1 Employment registration
4.1.1 Where the employing unit engages in the employment registration for the laborer, the public employment service institution shall provide the employing unit with the employee to conclude and terminate Or the removal of labor contract information and registration of the employment status of workers information.
4.1.2 If the laborers themselves apply for employment registration, the public employment service agency shall provide the registration service for the information on the employment status of the laborers.
4.1.3 The registration of employment status information shall include, but not be limited to, the following information.
a) Employee personal information;
b) type of employment;
c) employment time;
d) employment units;
e) establish, terminate or cancel the labor contract.
4.1.4 Public employment service agencies shall, in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 33553, set up a registration window in a comprehensive service place and accept employment immediately Registration, one-time notification of employment registration materials required.
4.2 Feedback of the results
