1 Foreword
JB/T 7165-2014 was issued by MIIT on 6 May 2014 and has been in force since 1 October 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7165-2004, JB/T 7165-1993.
2 Scope
JB/T 7165-2014 is the recommended machinery industry standard of China for the assembly of rock drilling machines and pneumatic tools. It sets the requirements that parts must meet during assembly, including the process itself and the protection against rust, and it fixes the inspection rules together with the marks and the certificates that accompany the product. Assembly work on rock drilling machines and pneumatic tools is what it governs. GB/T 10095.1-2008, GB/T 10095.2-2008, GB/T 11365, JB/T 3576 and JB/T 7164 are quoted with it. It replaces JB/T 7165-2004. Issued on 6 May 2014, it has applied since 1 October 2014.
