JB/T 9853-2010 was issued by MIIT on 11 February 2010 and has been in force since 1 July 2010.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9853-1999.
2 Scope
JB/T 9853-2010 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard on stopers. It gives the types and basic parameters of the upward rock drilling machine, the technical requirements, the test methods and inspection rules, and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. The standard applies to upward rock drills powered by compressed air. It came from the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and replaces the earlier edition JB/T 9853-1999.
