Foreword

This revised standard adopts ISO 2787. 1984 "Rotary pneumatic tools and impact performance test" (in English).

This standard is based on ISO 2787. 1984 re-drafted. For comparison, in information listed in Appendix D of this standard and national List of international control standard clauses.

This standard adopts ISO 2787. 1984 when modified. The technical differences between a single vertical line identifies the article to which they are involved Paragraph margin, and gives a list of the technical differences and their causes in the informative Appendix E for reference.

For ease of use, this standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- "This International Standard" be replaced by "this standard";

--- Instead of using the decimal point as a decimal point ",". ",";

--- Delete international standard "foreword", "Catalog" and "Introduction";

--- Cancel the ISO 2787 in the "definition" of the entire contents of a chapter;

--- To ISO 2787. 1984 Annex C of the individual errors were modified.

This standard is a revision of GB/T 5621-1999 "drilling machines and pneumatic tools performance test method", and with GB/T 5621-1999 compared to the main changes are as follows.

--- Increased directory;

--- Remove the "ISO foreword";

--- Increasing the GB/T 6374-2004 normative reference documents;

--- 5.1.2 of the "ambient temperature. 20 °C ± 2 °C" and "press temperature. 20 °C ± 5 °C" were changed to "Ambient temperature. 10 ~ 35 °C "and" press temperature. 15 ~ 35 °C ";

--- 5.6.1 After the "magnetic sensor" increased "pressure sensor";

--- According to the actual characteristics of the product, the original standard C. 1.7a) content re-defined as C. 1.7a) (see Appendix E);

--- Increase the informative Appendix D and Appendix E.

This standard replaces GB/T 5621-1999.

Appendix C of this standard is a normative appendix, Appendix A, Appendix B, Appendix D and Appendix E is an informative annex.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the drilling machines and pneumatic tools (hereinafter referred to as the product) performance test methods and criteria.

This standard applies to performance test drilling machines and pneumatic tools, do not apply to air screwdriver impact gas trigger.
