5 Inspection Methods
5.6.4 When the propeller is in a vertical state, the propeller is swung left and right with the aid of the propeller swing cylinder. Use an inclinometer or a weight and an angle gauge to detect its swing angle, and move the positioning pin to detect the swing angle of the propeller when the swing cylinder is fixed in two holes.
5.6.5 The propeller pitches with the aid of the pitch cylinder, and its pitch angle is detected with an inclinometer or a weight and an angle gauge.
5.1 Inspection Conditions
5.1.1 The instruments and meters used for measurement shall have verification certificates within the validity period and meet the measurement accuracy requirements. Check and calibrate the meters before the test.
5.1.2 The ambient temperature is 0°C~40°C, the relative humidity is below 80%, and the altitude does not exceed 1,500 m.
5.1.3 The travel test shall be carried out on a flat, dry, and well-adhesive dirt road, with a length of not less than 20 m.
5.1.4 The climbing test shall be carried out on a flat, solid earth ramp or gravel clay ramp, with a slope of not less than the specified value and a length of not less than 10 m.
5.2 Idle Running Test
Connect the air source and check that all connections shall meet the requirements and there shall be no wrong installation or missing installation; start the travel motor to carry out forward, backward, and turning tests, check that the travel shall be normal and the travel direction shall be consistent with the operating direction; start the hydraulic pump and run it idle for about 10 min, and check whether the operating direction of the pressure valve handle and the multi-way valve handle is consistent with their movement direction; the pressure reducing valve shall function properly and be able to adjust the pressure to the measurement range specified in Table 1.
5.3 Chassis Function Test
5.3.1 The product is running normally, and its travel speed is measured with a tape measure and a stopwatch.
5.3.2 Fix one end of a tensioner with an effective range, connect the other end to the product with a wire rope, and measure its traction while the product is running.
5.3.3 When the propeller is in a vertical state, the chassis of the product pitches with the aid of the leveling cylinder, and the crawler leveling angle is detected with an inclinometer or a weight and an angle gauge.
5.4 Climbing and Braking Test
The product travels on the specified slope for a distance of not less than 5 m; while measuring the gradability, the product moves downward and brakes suddenly, and the sliding distance is measured with a tape measure. Repeat three times and take the average value.
5.5 Drill Boom Function Test
The drill boom shall be stable when performing various actions and can be braked at any position. At the same time, it shall meet the following requirements.
--- The drill boom pitches with the aid of the arm cylinder, and its pitch angle is detected with an inclinometer or a weight and an angle gauge;
--- Adjust the drill boom to an appropriate angle, put the propeller in a horizontal position, hang a weight on the front and rear ends of the drill boom, and enable the drill boom to swing with the aid of the swing cylinder. Draw a fan-shaped surface diagram of the left and right extreme positions of the drill boom on the ground, as
5.7 Sealing Performance Test
During the whole process of testing, observe at any time that there shall be no leakage at the joint surfaces and pipe joints of the gas and liquid systems; after 15 minutes of static pressure maintenance, there shall be no obvious leakage at the joints; move the center of gravity of the propeller to the front end, extend the arm cylinder to the maximum, and the retraction of the piston rod in 4 h shall be less than 3 mm.
5.8 Thread Tightening Torque Test
Use a torque wrench to spot check the tightening torque of fasteners and pipe joints at key parts of the product.
5.9 Rock Drilling Test
The gas consumption for rock drilling of the product shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5621. The noise shall be tested in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 5898-2004.
5.10 Weighing Test
The overall unit weight of the product is measured by weighing method.
5.11 Product Safety Inspection
The product safety inspection shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of GB 17957-2005.
6 Inspection Rules
6.1 Exit-Factory Inspection
The products shall be inspected item by item before leaving the factory. The inspection items include product assembly quality and appearance quality as well as the provisions of 5.2 to 5.9. All performance and quality indicators shall comply with the provisions of Table 1 as well as 4.14 and 4.15. […]
