This standard by the National Standardization Technical Committee on products and lubricant oil (SAC/TC280) proposed.

This standard by the National Petroleum products Petroleum measurement of static and light hydrocarbons and lubricants Technical Committee of Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC280/SC2) centralized.

The standard by the China Research Institute of Petroleum Corp. petrochemical responsible for drafting, China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Company participated in the drafting.

Introduction

This standard is intended to standardize the reservoir container or oil pipelines in liquid/semi-liquid hydrocarbon manual sampling. If the hydrocarbon sampling Having a non-uniform properties, showed the presence of significantly different in composition, or contain sediment and water samples are collected by hand may not have Representative, but non-uniform thereby assess the extent and calculated mass numbers.

The method specified in this standard can reduce and eliminate the loss of light components in the sample. This loss can occur in the deployment or transfer of the sample Between, thus the sample is not representative of the bulk oil.

This standard is intended to provide samples of the following purposes.

a) to determine the parameters of liquid/hydrocarbons;

b) determining the water content;

c) identify other impurities do not belong to the transfer of liquids.

If used in a), b), c) the sampling method for three purposes conflicting, it would take were collected with a suitable sample.

Uneven liquid sampling methods specified in this standard can be used to assess the degree of unevenness, and count the number of quality.

This standard also includes a gas tank under pressure of an inert liquid hydrocarbon tanks with vapor sampling method and system to take control of volatile Inject.

This standard can be used with the GB/T 27867 combination "petroleum liquids pipeline automatic sampling." Petroleum liquid manual sampling method
