GB/T 41833-2022 is the English-translated version of 快递电子运单.

GB/T 41833-2022 is the national standard for the express electronic waybill printed on thermal paper by a computer information system.

Clause 1 states that it specifies the categories, the composition and specifications, the division of the waybill into areas and the information each area carries, the technical requirements, the environmental protection requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and transport and storage, and that waybills produced on other printed material may follow it by reference.

Its contents list adds informative diagrams of the area division and of each layer of the waybill. The standards it quotes are largely paper and printing test methods, among them GB/T 28210-2011 on thermal paper, GB/T 34455 on bisphenol A and GB/T 38608 on volatile organic compounds in ink. Issued on 14 October 2022, it has applied since 1 February 2023.

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" drafted.

1 Scope

This document specifies the category, composition and specification, regional division and information requirements of express electronic waybill (hereinafter referred to as "electronic waybill").

Technical requirements, environmental protection requirements, test methods, inspection rules, transportation and storage.

This document is applicable to the production and use of domestic electronic waybill generated by printing on thermal paper by computer information system.

The electronic waybill generated by the printed material can be used as a reference.
