Scope

GB/T 36503-2018 is the English-translated version of 燃气燃烧器具质量检验与等级评定.

GB/T 36503-2018 sets out how gas-burning appliances that use town gas, and their components, are inspected for quality and graded.

It organises inspection by party: the manufacturer's own process inspection and quality consistency tests, the purchaser's sampling and periodic inspection on purchase, and third-party type tests, product quality supervision and arbitration tests.

It then gives the principles and indicators for rating quality and the quality level mark, with an informative example of a sampling test on household gas appliance plug valve assemblies.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the first party inspection and second party of gas burning appliances (hereinafter referred to as burning appliances) and related components using urban gas. Inspection, third party inspection and rating.

This standard applies to the quality classification and inspection of individual products and product batches of burning appliances and related components.

The gas produced in this standard refers to the gas that meets GB/T 13611, and the burning appliance is a burning appliance that complies with GB 16914.
