Scope
GB/T 2828.3-2008 is the English-translated version of 计数抽样检验程序 第3部分:跳批抽样程序.
GB/T 2828.3-2008 — This section GB/T 2828 specifies the hop count general acceptance testing of the batch sampling procedures. The purpose of these procedures is to have satisfied High-quality products supplier's quality assurance system and effective quality control submitted to provide a way to reduce the amount of testing.
Amount of test by reducing the probability is predetermined, randomly determined whether the batch test may not be submitted by the test that is to be received.
These programs will have spent in GB/T 2828.1 extended to extract the principle of randomly selected batches of random sample units. This section GB/T 2828 as provided for skip-lot sampling procedures apply to (but not limited to) the following test. --- End products, such as whole or part; --- Components and raw materials; --- WIP.

Foreword
GB/T 2828 "Sampling procedures for inspection" now includes the following sections, the structure and the corresponding international standards and national standard will be replaced Quasi is.
--- Part 1. by acceptance quality limit (AQL) retrieval batch inspection sampling plan (ISO 2859-1:1999, IDT; instead of GB/T 2828-1987)
--- Part 2. Press the limiting quality (LQ) for isolated lot inspection retrieved sampling programs (ISO 2859-2. 1985, NEQ; instead of GB/T 15239-1994)
--- Part 3. skip-lot sampling procedures (ISO 2859-3:2005, IDT; instead of GB/T 13263-1991)
--- Part 4. claiming that the level of quality assessment procedures (ISO 2859-4:2002, MOD; instead of GB/T 14437-1997 and GB/T 14162-1993)
--- Part 5. by acceptance quality limit (AQL) retrieval batch sequential sampling inspection plan system (corresponding to ISO 2859-5:2005)
--- Part 10. Sampling system description (corresponding to ISO 2859-10:2006)
--- Part 11. Small claims overall level of quality assessment procedures (instead of GB/T 15482-1995) this section GB/T 2828 Part 3.
This section GB/T 2828 equivalent international standards ISO 2859-3:2005 "Sampling procedures for inspection - Part 3. Skip Lot pumping Sample program "on the ISO 2859-3:2005, made the following corrections.
--- 6.3.4 Example 3 in the "Batch 14 is received by the test" corrected to "have been tested 11 batches are received." this Part replaces GB/T 13263-1991 "skip - lot sampling inspection procedures." This portion of the GB/T 13263-1991, compared Changes in technical content include.
--- Canceled services, data, or records management procedures in the scope of application;
--- Used for GB/T 2828.1 limit sampling program are more detailed provisions allowing the use of the first number of the received value (Not "#") multiple sampling plan;
--- Introduction of the concept of qualification score is used to determine the eligibility verification, inspection frequency change jump, jump check interrupt, disqualification and re-qualification Identification, etc., instead of GB/T 13263-1991 Table 1 and Table 2, the received installment minimum cumulative sample size and to determine the number of Claim;
--- The "in 10 batches within the membership requalification unsuccessful, the product will be canceled qualification jump batch" with "within six batches without further accreditations Successful, the product will be canceled jump granted qualification ";
--- Added Appendix A and Appendix B.
Appendix A of this section and Appendix B are normative appendixes; Annex C is informative appendix.
