1 Scope

This standard specifies the powdered dye screening fineness (referred fineness) measurement method.

This standard applies to the determination of various types of powdered organic dye screening fineness.

Principle 3

Powdered dye after a certain size standard sieve sieved mass fraction residue represented sieve fineness.

4 instruments and equipment

The equipment shall comply with GB/T 2374-2007 Chapter 4, comprising.

a) analytical balance. a sense of not more than 0.0001g;

b) standard sieve. sieve test prescribed standard aperture;

c) automatic standard sieve shaker. shake frequency 221 times/min, vibration frequency of 147 times/min, the radius of gyration 12.5mm, amplitude

5mm.
