HG/T 3394-2009 is the English-translated version of 硫化红棕B3R(C.I.硫化红6).
HG/T 3394-2009 is the Chinese chemical industry standard for sulphur red brown B3R, the sulphur dye listed as C.I. Sulphur Red 6 and also known as sulphur brown 3RB. It sets the requirements for the product together with the sampling, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, labelling, packaging, transport and storage, and it serves the quality control of the dye. Colour and fastness are judged by the methods it cites, among them GB/T 2374, GB/T 2376, GB/T 2383 and GB/T 4841.1, and the fastness tests GB/T 3920, GB/T 3921, GB/T 3922, GB/T 5713, GB/T 6152 and GB/T 8427. GB 19601 and GB 20814 are also called up. It supersedes HG/T 3394-1999. Issued on 4 December 2009, it has applied since 1 June 2010.
