HG/T 3909-2006 is a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry for Solubilised Sulphur Yellowish Brown 5G, the dye carried in the Colour Index as C.I. Solubilised Sulphur Brown 10. It sets the requirements for the product together with sampling, test methods and inspection rules, and it prescribes how the dye is marked, labelled, packaged, transported and stored. Quality inspection of Solubilised Sulphur Yellowish Brown 5G is its field of application, the dye being used mainly for cotton textiles. The determinations rely on GB/T 2374, GB/T 2376, GB/T 2381, GB/T 2383, GB/T 2386, GB/T 3671.1, GB/T 3920, GB/T 3921.4, GB/T 3922, GB/T 4841.1, GB/T 5713, GB/T 6152 and GB/T 8427.
