Introduction

GB/T 18204 "Public Place Hygiene Inspection Methods" is a national recommended standard and is consistent with GB 37488 "Public Place Hygiene Indicators and Limits".

GB/T 18204 (all parts) is used in conjunction with the "Requirements for the Implementation of the Regulations on the Administration of Public Health".

It is conducive to standardizing sample collection, on-site and laboratory testing in public places, and improving the precision, accuracy and Comparability provides important support for ensuring the sanitation and safety of public places and the health of the public. This document is Part 2 of GB/T 18204.

Revised and optimized the technical requirements for indicators such as carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, inhalable particulate matter, fine particulate matter, formaldehyde, ammonia, ozone, urea, and hydrogen sulfide.

points, unified the precision expression index and professional terminology symbols, added terms and definitions, membrane weighing method for fine particles, high-efficiency liquid formaldehyde The test methods for total volatile organic compounds, benzene, toluene and xylene were updated, and the test methods for redox potential of swimming pool water were deleted.

The volumetric titration method for carbon dioxide and the gas chromatography method for formaldehyde were introduced to further improve the advancement, operability and applicability of the standard and meet the requirements of the The need for hygiene inspection in public places.

GB/T 18204 consists of 6 parts.

— Part 1: Physical indicators. The purpose is to provide the basic principles and requirements for on-site testing of physical indicators in public places.

— Part 2: Chemical indicators. The purpose is to provide a basis for sample collection and laboratory testing of chemical indicators in public places.

These principles and requirements.

— Part 3: Air microbial indicators. The purpose is to provide sample collection and laboratory testing of air microbial indicators in public places.

Basic principles and requirements of testing.

— Part 4: Microbiological indicators of public supplies and utensils. The purpose is to provide microbiological indicators of public supplies and utensils in public places.

Basic principles and requirements for sample collection and laboratory testing.

— Part 5: Central air conditioning and ventilation systems. The purpose is to provide sample collection of indicators of central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places and basic principles and requirements of laboratory testing.

— Part 6: Technical specifications for health monitoring. The purpose is to standardize the frequency and sample size of health monitoring in public places, quality control, etc. Technical requirements.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Standard state

The state of air when the temperature is 0°C (or absolute temperature is 273.15K) and the atmospheric pressure is 101.325kPa.

4 Carbon Monoxide

4.1 Non-dispersive infrared analysis

4.1.1 Principle

Carbon monoxide (CO) has a selective absorption of infrared rays. Within a certain range, the absorption value is linearly related to the carbon monoxide concentration.

The concentration of carbon monoxide in the sample can be determined based on the absorption value.

4.1.2 Instruments and equipment

The indicators of the non-spectral infrared carbon monoxide gas analyzer used for measurement are as follows.

— Measurement range. 0.125mg/m3~62.5mg/m3;

— Reproducibility. within ±1% of full scale;

— Zero drift. within ±2% full scale/h;
