4 Layout and sampling

4.1 Distribution principle

The number of sampling points is determined according to the size of the archive warehouse to be tested and the site conditions, and the measured value should truly reflect the library the air quality of the room. In principle, each relatively independent warehouse should have 1~3 points; when the area exceeds 100m2, sampling points should be appropriately increased.

4.2 Distribution method

When multi-point sampling, the points should be distributed evenly according to the diagonal or quincunx pattern, and the vents should be avoided, the distance from the wall should be greater than 0.5m, and the distance from the doors and windows should be greater than 1.0m. The height of the sampling point is generally 1.0m~1.5m above the ground. Those with special requirements can be determined according to specific circumstances.

4.3 Sampling time and frequency

Newly built or renovated archive warehouses should be tested before they are officially used, and should meet the requirements of GB 50325 for Class II public construction projects.

Claim. The sampling time and frequency of daily testing should be determined according to the testing purpose, the concentration level of the analyte and the detection limit of the testing analysis method.

The archive warehouse in use is recommended to be sampled and tested at least once a year.

4.4 Closing time

The test should be carried out 12h after the external doors and windows are closed. For warehouse environments that use centralized air conditioning systems or fresh air systems, the equipment should be Often runs. Special requirements can be determined according to site conditions and requirements.

4.5 Sampling method

4.5.1 Instantaneous sampling

Under the conditions of meeting the sampling requirements of the pollutants to be tested, environmental samples are quickly collected, and the detection value represents the air in the archive warehouse at a certain point in time Quality parameters. If multiple sampling is required, the general sampling interval is 10min~15min, and at least 3 samples should be collected at each point.

The sampling volume is roughly the same each time.

4.5.2 Continuous sampling

Under the conditions that meet the sampling requirements of the pollutants to be tested, use a powered air extraction device to continuously collect the ring to be tested for a predetermined period of time.

For environmental samples, the detection value represents the average value of air quality parameters in the archive warehouse during the period.

4.6 Sampling records

When sampling, the site conditions, sampling date, time, location, quantity, arrangement method, atmospheric pressure, temperature, relative humidity, wind speed, and the sampling personnel shall make detailed records; each sample shall also be affixed with a label indicating the point number, sampling date and time, measurement items, etc.

The trace should be correct and clear. The sampling record is reported to the laboratory along with the sample.

4.7 Sampling device

4.7.1 Air sampler

4.7.8 Stainless steel sampling tank

The inner wall of the stainless steel sampling tank is polished or silanized, used for the sampling of VOCs in the air of the archive warehouse. According to sampling requirements Seek, choose different volume sampling tanks. The sampling tank is evacuated before use, and the sampling tank can be placed on the Take samples at time and send them back to the laboratory for analysis.

Before sampling and after sampling, the sampling flow rate of the sampling system should be calibrated under the sampling load condition with a qualified level 1 soap film flowmeter.

Take the average of the two calibrations as the actual value of the sampling flow. The atmospheric pressure and temperature during calibration should be similar to those during sampling. Two calibration errors the difference must not exceed 5%.

4.8.5 On-site blank inspection when conducting on-site sampling, at least two sampling tubes should be left in the same batch, and they should be treated the same as other sample tubes.

When the site is blank during the process, after sampling, it will be sent to the laboratory together with other sampling absorption tubes. Measure the on-site blank value during sample analysis and compare it with the calibration the zero concentration value of the standard curve is compared. If the blank inspection exceeds the control range, this batch of samples is invalid.

4.8.6 Parallel sample inspection

The number of parallel samples in each batch of sampling shall not be less than 10%. For each parallel sampling, the relative deviation of the difference between the measured value and the average value must not be More than 20%.

5 Transportation and storage of samples

The samples are transported by a dedicated person, and the samples are counted according to the sampling records to prevent mistakes and leaks. In order to prevent the sampling tube from vibration and damage during transportation, foam can be used when packing Separated by plastic etc. The composition and content of the sample may change due to the influence of physical, chemical and other factors. It should be adjusted according to the requirements of different projects.

Effective treatment and protection. After the samples arrive, they must be handed over and registered with the receiving personnel.
