All the technical contents of this standard is mandatory. This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules. This standard replaces GB 6722-2003 "Blasting Safety Regulations." Compared with GB 6722-2003, the main changes are as follows:

--- Adjust the layout structure of chapters increased from the original 7 to 14;

--- Added the necessary terms and definitions (see Chapter 3);

--- Modified blasting grading standards (see Chapter 4);

--- Supplement and improve the content of blasting safety assessment, construction supervision (see 5.3, 5.4);

--- Emphasize the design requirements and test explosions Initiating Network (see 6.4);

--- Supplement and improve the high temperature blasting safety regulations (see Chapter 9);

--- Supplementary demolition explosion pretreatment requirements (see 11.3);

--- Supplement and improve the content of special blasting (see Chapter 12);

--- Improve the environmental impact of blasting safety control standards (see Chapter 13);

--- Supplement and perfect the peak particle velocity and main vibration frequency, emphasizing the blasting vibration monitoring for the simultaneous determination of particle vibration should be mutually Vertical three components (see 13.2.2);

--- Shock in water to supplement the biological effects of water safety control standards (see 13.5);

--- Complement and complete the purchase of explosives, transportation, storage and use of provisions (see Chapter 14);

--- Remove the varieties to be eliminated blasting equipment, blasting and blasting processes. This standard was proposed by the State Administration of Work Safety.
