Scope
NB/T 10746-2021 is the English-translated version of 煤矿井下爆破监控系统使用与管理规范.
NB/T 10746-2021 deals with the design, installation, use and management of monitoring systems for underground blasting in coal mines.
These systems track the flow of civil explosives and control blasting operations through a management centre station, regional substations, devices that confirm the safe firing point, personnel monitors that detect anyone in the warning zone, and intelligent exploders that check the blasting environment before firing.
The installation clauses describe equipment layout in the explosives magazine and at the heading face, while the management part assigns duties to the governing body and the centre station and sets maintenance rules.
Product requirements for the system itself are in NB/T 10747-2021, and blasting safety refers to GB 6722. Coal mine blasting and safety departments are its users. Issued on 16 November 2021, it has applied since 16 February 2022.

3.1 Blasting monitoring system
A human-computer interaction system used to monitor and control the flow of civilian explosives and blasting operations in coal mines.
3.2 Blasting monitoring substation
A communication sub-station capable of monitoring and controlling a regional civil explosives management and blasting operations.
3.3 Safe firing point
A safe detonation site that can avoid blasting casualties for operators.
Note: This location can avoid the explosion shock wave, flying rock, coal rock and gas outburst, water inrush, rock burst, gas and coal dust explosion and other disasters caused by blasting. It is clearly stipulated in the manual.
3.4 Firing point locator
Equipment used to identify safe detonation sites and transmit relevant information to the system.
3.5 Personnel monitor
Equipment that uses radio frequency, video and other means to monitor whether there are people in the warning area.
3.6 Intelligent exploder
It has the function of communication, calculation, analysis and judgment, which can detect and receive the relevant safety parameters of the blasting operation environment, analyze and judge their rationality, and then
