NB/T 10739-2021 is the English-translated version of 井工煤矿辅助运输安全管理规范.

NB/T 10739-2021 is the safety management specification for auxiliary transportation in underground coal mines.

It sets general requirements and the organisational structure, then safety management rules for surface transport, shaft hoisting, level roadway haulage and transport in inclined shafts and inclined roadways, followed by supervision and inspection and a section on intelligent safe operation.

References include GB 20181 and MT 933. The transport of explosives is excluded from its coverage. Mine transport departments and safety managers apply it in daily operation. Issued on 16 November 2021, it has applied since 16 February 2022.

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, general requirements, organizational structure, safety management requirements, supervision and management of auxiliary transportation safety management in underground coal mines Inspection, intelligent and safe operation, etc.

This document applies to the safety management of auxiliary transportation in underground coal mines (except for the transportation of explosives).
