This standard stipulates the basic requirements for public security prevention of civil explosive storage, and is the basic basis for the public security inventory design, acceptance and evaluation of civil explosive storage. This standard is applicable to explosives storage for blasting explosives used by civil engineering units, teaching, scientific research, testing and other units and the Chinese People Liberation Army and armed police forces engaged in non-military projects. This standard does not apply to mines, non-coal mine underground explosive storage.
