It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 7601.8-1994.
It is one of 21 parts of the JB/T 7601 series.
2 Scope
The recommended Chinese machinery industry standard JB/T 7601.8-2008 is Part 8 of the basic technical requirements for wire and cable equipment and is about surface treatment. It specifies the basic technical requirements for the surface treatment of this equipment, the test methods and the acceptance criteria.
