JB/T 5331-2011 was issued by MIIT on 18 May 2011 and has been in force since 1 August 2011.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 5331-1991.
2 Scope
This standard is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the special polyimide film wrapped round copper wire used in submersible motors. The text carries the terms and definitions and the symbols for the wire, the way the product is designated, its technical requirements, the test methods, the inspection items and the inspection rules, and the marking and packaging.
