1 Foreword

JB/T 4014.3-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.

It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4014.3-1996.

It is one of 7 parts of the JB/T 4014 series.

2 Scope

The third part of the Chinese recommended standard on winding wires for submersible motors, JB/T 4014.3-2013, covers modified polypropylene insulated water-resistant winding wire. It gives the varieties of the product, its specifications, the technical requirements and the tests to be carried out. The wire is intended for water-filled submersible motors and for electrical equipment at an alternating rated voltage U0/U of 450/750 V. The part replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4014.3-1996 and is classified K12 in the Chinese system and 29.060.01 in the international one. It quotes GB/T 2951.11-2008, GB/T 2951.12-2008, GB/T 2951.31-2008, GB/T 3048.4-2007, GB/T 3048.5-2007, GB/T 3048.8-2007, GB/T 4074.2 and JB/T 4014.1-2013.
