JB/T 4014.4-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 4014.4-1996.
It is one of 7 parts of the JB/T 4014 series.
2 Scope
This standard is the fourth part of the Chinese recommended machinery industry standard on winding wires for submersible motors, and it deals with cross-linked polyethylene insulated, nylon sheathed water-resistant winding wire. The standard sets the product varieties, the specifications, the technical requirements and the tests for this wire. It applies to winding wire insulation for equipment working at an alternating rated voltage U0/U of 600/1000 V.
