JB/T 10254-2013 was issued by MIIT on 31 December 2013 and has been in force since 1 July 2014.
It replaces the earlier edition JB/T 10254-2001.
2 Scope
JB/T 10254-2013 is a recommended Chinese machinery industry standard for the stators and rotors of the single-phase series motors built into electric tools. It fixes the technical requirements for these parts, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for packaging, transport and storage. It applies to use under general environmental conditions.
