GB/T 5013 "rated voltage 450/750V and below rubber insulated cable" is divided into eight sections.

--- Part 1. General requirements;

--- Part 2. Test methods;

--- Part 3. Heat resistant silicone rubber insulated cables;

--- Part 4. Cords and flexible cables;

--- Part 5. Lift cables;

--- Part 6. Arc welding cables;

--- Part 7. Heat resistant ethylene - vinyl acetate rubber insulated cables;

This section GB/T 5013 Part 6. This section identical with IEC 60245-6:1994 "rated voltage 450/750V and with Rubber insulated cables under Part 6. Welding cable "(in English) and its amendments Amendment1.1997, Amendment2.

1 Overview

1.1 Scope

GB/T 5013 This section gives the technical requirements of rubber insulated welding cable.

Each cable shall comply with the requirements and the specific requirements of this part of GB/T 5013.1 regulations.

2 Welding cable

2.1 Model

Rubber Welding cable. 60245IEC 81 (YH);

Neoprene or other equivalent synthetic elastomer insulated welding cables. 60245IEC 82 (YHF).

2.2 Rated voltage

Since this type of cable is dedicated to welding, so the rated voltage is not specified.

2.3 Structure

2.3.1 Conductor

Number of cores. a core.

Conductor shall comply with the requirements specified in Table 1 column 2.

Single line can not tin or tin.

2.3.2 Spacer layer

It should be applied around a conductor layer made of a suitable material for the isolation layer.

2.3.3 Overlay

Conductor and the isolation layer by following one covering layer protection.

2.3.3.1 The minimum tensile strength of 12MPa SE3 rubber mixture is extruded covering layer constituting the insulation and jacket, and its thickness should be consistent Value specified in Table 1, column 3.
