1 Scope

This document specifies the safety requirements for the equipment and facilities, operation and maintenance, maintenance tests, and emergency response of electrochemical energy storage power stations.

This document is applicable to the operation of lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, flow batteries, water electrolysis hydrogen production/fuel cell electrochemical energy storage power stations

Operation, maintenance, overhaul and safety management, and other types of electrochemical energy storage power stations are used as a reference.
