7.1 General Requirements
7.1.1 The storage site shall have legal land use rights, and the site selection shall comply with local urban and rural planning, land use planning, and environmental protection regulations. In accordance with environmental protection and other relevant requirements, it is necessary to avoid setting up facilities in unsuitable areas such as ecologically sensitive areas, flood-prone river areas, and areas prone to geological disasters.
7.1.2 The storage site should have good transportation access, facilitating the entry and exit of vehicles transporting dismantled equipment and components. Surrounding roads should meet transportation requirements. Requirements such as vehicle load capacity and turning radius are in place to ensure a safe and smooth transportation process.
7.1.3 The storage area should have sufficient capacity to meet the needs of classified storage of dismantled equipment and components. For blades and tower sections... For large components, a dedicated storage area should be reserved to ensure that there is enough space for them to be placed and to avoid mutual squeezing and collision.

7.2 Safety Protection and Pollution Control
7.2.1 Storage sites shall be marked with standard warning signs for general solid waste and hazardous waste.
7.2.2 Storage sites shall be equipped with communication equipment, lighting facilities, fire prevention devices, safety protective clothing and tools, and emergency protection facilities. The storage area should be free of open flames and heat sources.
7.2.3 Recycled waste oil should be stored separately according to its type and grade to prevent mixing with mud, rainwater, or other impurities. It should not be mixed with water or disposed of privately. Waste oil may be disposed of, burned, dumped, or buried.
7.2.4 Safety measures such as leak prevention and fire prevention should be added to the storage area for recycled waste oil.
7.2.5 When the storage site encounters severe weather, such as heavy rain, strong winds, or blizzards, the equipment and components should be inspected and assessed promptly after the weather subsides. Assess whether the weather will have an impact and take necessary repair and protection measures.
7.3 Storage Management
7.3.1 Storage units shall be equipped with full-time safe storage management personnel or set up a safety management organization.
7.3.2 Dismantled components such as blades, hubs, nacelles, towers, and transformer substations should be stored separately, clearly labeled, and a management ledger established. The ledger... 8 Data archiving and transfer

8.2 Archives should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and safe environment to prevent moisture, insects, and mold.
8.3 Archives shall be kept for the prescribed time limit and shall not be destroyed in advance.
8.4 After the demolition project is completed, the demolition unit shall, within the specified time, hand over the compiled documents to the project owner or relevant archive management department.
