GB/T 36283-2018 gives the general technical specification for the secondary cabin of a smart substation.
It covers the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, lifting, transport and storage of these cabins, and its informative annexes deal with printing on the cabin, the position and size of the external grounding point, deflection measurement and rain tightness testing.
It applies to the design, production and quality inspection of secondary cabins for 110 (66) kV to 750 kV smart substations in power systems, and other plants and stations may refer to it.
The requirements draw on standards for enclosure protection (IP code), salt spray testing, fire resistance of building components, fire doors, emergency lighting and paint film adhesion. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, lifting transportation and storage of the secondary substations of smart substations.
This standard applies to the design, production, and production of secondary cabins (hereinafter referred to as secondary compartments) for 110(66)kV~750kV smart substations in power systems. Quality inspection, other factory stations can refer to the implementation.
