Foreword
GB/T 35031 "Customer Energy Management System" has released the following parts.
--- Part 1. Guidelines;
--- Part 2. Master station function specification;
--- Part 3-1. General requirements for subsystem interface gateways.
This part is part 3-1 of GB/T 35031.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
The basic function of the subsystem interface gateway ("gateway") is to implement the conversion between communication protocols. With smart grid technology, energy The development of Internet technology and the continuous expansion of application requirements such as energy management and energy services, and the role of gateways in customer-side energy management systems More and more important, requiring more and more functions, so some gateway products with energy management functions have emerged, such as data collection.
The gateway integrates the functions of acquisition, processing and storage; the energy management gateway has the function of monitoring, calculating and judging the energy data;
The resource gateway uses the transmitted and monitored data information as a network resource to support the "Internet" energy in the form of data publish/subscribe. management.
The gateway is the key equipment of the customer-side energy management system. It will be the internal distribution system, photovoltaic system, wind power system and energy storage system. Various subsystems such as system, charging pile system, smart home system, intelligent lighting system and air conditioning system are connected to the customer energy management system.
The definitions and requirements for gateways in this section are based on the following gateway functional vision.
1) Data conversion. the gateway converts the subsystem local mode data into the global mode data of the client management system, so that different types, Energy data from subsystems of different manufacturers can be integrated with each other;
2) Plug and Play. Introduce the data publish/subscribe mechanism so that the gateway can connect the subsystem to the client network, and the master system can scan Discover the existence of the subsystem, and select whether the subsystem is included in the user-side energy management system management from the system operation interface. The monitoring points that need to be managed in the stator system, the parameters to be monitored at each monitoring point, and the frequency of data acquisition, etc., the system can Dynamically generate subsystem files, monitoring point files, and automatically run according to selected monitoring data and acquisition frequency, no need for professionals New configuration system application software;
3) Energy management. for different applications, the gateway is given optional local energy management functions such as classification, monitoring and warning. Ability to apply to various energy management needs in an economically sound manner;
4) Access authorization management. Through access rights management, the gateway can connect subsystems to the Internet, allowing subsystems and external third parties The energy management platform is interconnected.
This part establishes the functional reference model of the gateway from the vision of the gateway function. Based on this model, various functional requirements are specified.
This part starts from the role of maximizing the gateway and puts forward the requirements for the energy management function of the gateway. Actual application by the main station The same energy management functions are now easier and more practical.
This part of the energy management function of the gateway gives meter reading billing, monitoring and early warning, classification, maximum demand and data statistics, etc. Independent energy management functions, there must be more functions and forms in practical applications.
This part is about the general requirements of the subsystem interface gateway, the data configuration method of the subsystem interface gateway, and the connection of various subsystems. Specific technical specifications will be specified in subsequent research and development standards.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 35031 establishes the functional reference model of the subsystem interface gateway and specifies the basic functional configuration requirements.
Functional requirements for CEMS subsystem communication, communication with CEMS master station, local management, data management, and energy management are proposed.
On this basis, the general requirements of six aspects such as electrical, mechanical, inspection, marking, packaging, storage and transportation are given.
Note: This section is limited to discussing the embedded interface gateway. It is not excluded that the user can load the CEMS subsystem by loading the data conversion software module in the CEMS subsystem. Enter the CEMS master station network to implement the subsystem interface gateway function.
This section applies to the development, production, inspection and use of subsystem interface gateway products.
