Scope
GB/T 35031.2-2018 is the English-translated version of 用户端能源管理系统 第2部分:主站功能规范.
GB/T 35031.2-2018 is Part 2 of the Chinese series on customer energy management systems (CEMS) and specifies the functions of the master station.
It sets out the design principles, among them scalability, low coupling between the master station and its subsystems, REST-style naming of data and a unified interface design style, and then describes the architecture of the master station.
Further clauses cover the software functions of the master system, the performance indexes and the security requirements. Electricity is used as the example throughout, but the energy covered also includes water, gas, heat and cooling.
The standard applies to the design, development, construction, operation and management of CEMS master stations and is read together with GB/T 35031.1-2018 and GB/Z 32500 and GB/Z 32501. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

Foreword
The GB/T 35031 "User End Energy Management System" has released the following parts.
--- Part 1. Guidelines;
--- Part 2. Master function specification;
--- Part 3-1. General requirements for subsystem interface gateways.
This part is part 2 of GB/T 35031.
This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 35031 specifies the design principles, main station architecture, and software for the user station energy management system (CEMS) master station system. Features, performance indicators, and security requirements.
This section applies to the design, development, construction, operation and management of the master station system of the user-side energy management system.

3 Terms, definitions and abbreviations
The terms, definitions, and abbreviations defined in GB /Z 32500-2016, GB /Z 32501-2016, and GB/T 35031.1-2018 apply In this document.
Note: The energy sources referred to in this section include electricity, water, gas, heat, cold and other energy sources. Energy is the most commonly used form of energy at the user end, and its information management to the user Other sources of energy are representative. For the sake of conciseness, some parts of this section are directly described by electric energy, but not limited to electric energy management. Used for the management of other energy sources.
4 Design Principles
The design of the CEMS master system should follow the following principles.
a) Adaptation to local conditions, functional and practical, reliable operation and economical application;
b) The overall structural design has good scalability. The connection between the master station and the sub-system should meet the low degree of coupling and be satisfied within each functional module. High cohesion;
c) The naming of global mode data should conform to the REST architectural design style requirements, and the data aggregation and energy efficiency statistics process should be standardized and efficient;
d) The interface design style is unified, the structure is clear, the name format is standardized, the interface basic elements are of the same style, and the operation flow is unified and simple.
5 Master station architecture
5.1 System Physical Architecture
The physical architecture of the CEMS master system varies according to the size of the system and the strength of the management functions. This part of the CEMS The regulatory framework does not make specific provisions.
The main station equipment should adopt mainstream equipment that meets the application requirements. The configuration of the main station should meet the requirements of system functions and performance indicators, and ensure the system […]
