This part of GB/T 35031 defines the main participants, energy service items, use case codes and use cases of the user-side energy management system The scenario code, use case layout and use case template include the use cases of the client energy management system (CEMS) compiled accordingly. This part is compiled for the understanding and design of the user-side energy management system, and is suitable for analyzing the actual application field of the user-side energy management system.
