Scope
GB/T 26792-2019 is the English-translated version of 高效液相色谱仪.
GB/T 26792-2019 is the Chinese national standard for high performance liquid chromatographs. It sets the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage of the instrument, and does not apply to special-purpose instruments built on the same principle.
The normal working conditions it fixes are 5 °C to 35 °C, 20 % to 80 % relative humidity, 75 kPa to 106 kPa, an AC supply of 220 V ± 22 V at 50 Hz ± 0,5 Hz, grounding resistance not above 4 ohm and a well ventilated room.
It then covers appearance, the infusion pump - whose pressure drop must stay within 3 MPa in the sealing test - and the detectors, diode array and evaporative light scattering included.
It replaces GB/T 26792-2011, was issued on 18 October 2019 and has applied since 1 May 2020.

Foreword
This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009. This standard replaces GB/T 26792-2011 "High Performance Liquid Chromatograph".
Compared with GB/T 26792-2011, the main technical contents of this standard are as follows.
--- Revised the scope of non-applicability (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Added "good ventilation in the room" [see 3.1g)];
--- Revised the requirements for sealing indicators (see 3.3.1, 3.3.1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Modified Table 1 flow set value error and flow stability requirements, increased the flow rate of 5.0mL/min, 10.0mL/min Test points (see Table 1, Table 1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Modified the main technical indicators of the detector, and summarized the articles as shown in Table 2 (see Table 2, Table 3.5, 3.5 of the 2011 edition);
--- Added diode array detector indicators and test methods, evaporative light scattering detector indicators and test methods (see Table 2, 4.5.1) 4.5.4);
---Modified security requirements (see 3.7, 3.7 of the 2011 edition);
---Modified the column oven test procedure (see 4.4.1.2, 2011 edition of 4.4.1.2);
--- Modified the dynamic baseline noise and drift test of the refractive index detector (see 4.5.2.1, 4.5.2.1 of the 2011 edition);
--- Modified the solution for the minimum detection concentration of the refractive index detector (see 4.5.2.2, 2011 edition 4.5.2.2);
--- Modified the solution for the minimum detection concentration of the fluorescence detector (see 4.5.3.3, 2011 edition 4.5.3.3).
1 Scope
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high performance liquid chromatography.
This standard applies to high performance liquid chromatography (hereinafter referred to as the instrument).
This standard does not apply to special instruments based on the principle of high performance liquid chromatography.
