Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 30433-2013 "Standard Chromatographic Columns for Liquid Chromatograph Testing". Compared with GB/T 30433-2013, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Modified the term "theoretical board number" and moved the original standard formula (1) to 6.2.2 (see 3.1, 6.2.2, 3.1 in the 2013 edition);

---Modified the term "tailing factor" and moved the original standard formula (2) to 6.2.3 (see 3.2, 6.2.3, 3.2 in the 2013 edition);

---Clarify that the column efficiency is expressed by the number of naphthalene peak theoretical plates (see 5.2, 4.2 in the 2013 edition);

---It is clear that the tailing factor is expressed as a naphthalene peak, and 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone has been deleted (see 5.3, 4.3 in the 2013 edition);

---Modified the test equipment, changed the "10µL (or 20µL) syringe" in the original standard to "sampler" and added "volume flask" (see 6.1.1, 5.1.2 of the 2013 edition);

--- Deleted "It is necessary to operate in a fume hood when preparing the test solution" (see 5.1.3 of the 2013 edition);

---Modified reagents, deleted 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone, nitrobenzene, sodium dihydrogen phosphate dihydrate, sodium hydroxide, fluorene and other items (see 6.1.2.1, 5.1.3.1 of the 2013 version);

---Modified the standard solution, and modified the test column performance and tailing factor with fluorene and 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone to test column performance and The tailing factor is prepared with naphthalene solution (see 6.1.2.2, 5.1.3.2 of the 2013 edition);

---The buffer salt preparation has been deleted (see 5.1.3.3 of the 2013 edition);

--- Deleted the 1,4-dihydroxyanthraquinone method (see 5.2.3.2 in the 2013 edition);

---Modified the standard column pressure drop test method, and described the test method in more detail (see 6.2.4, 5.2.4 of the 2013 edition).

1 Scope

This document specifies the terms and definitions, standard column parameters, requirements, test methods, and inspection rules for standard chromatographic columns used for liquid chromatograph testing. Rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to standard chromatographic columns used for liquid chromatograph testing (hereinafter referred to as "standard columns").
