Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 20919-2007 "Electronic Digital External Micrometer". This standard is compared with GB/T 20919-2007 except that In addition to the editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Expand the measurement range of the digital micrometer outer diameter micrometer to 1000mm (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modify the definition of the digital display micrometer digital display device (see 3.1, 2007 version 3.1);

--- Increased the definition of the electronic digital outer diameter micrometer (see 3.2);

--- Increased the digital micrometer outer diameter micrometer with a micrometer screw pitch of 2mm (see 4.2.1);

--- Increased the electronic digital display micrometer with a range equal to 50mm and its maximum allowable error (see 4.2.2, 5.11);

--- Increased the number of digital anodometer micrometer (see Figure 2);

--- Increased the number of adjustable anvil electronic digital micrometer outside diameter (see Figure 3);

--- Increased requirements for scale marking (see 5.9);

--- Revised the requirements and specified values of the maximum permissible error of the indication (see 5.11 and Table 1, 5.9 and Table 1 of the 2007 edition);

--- Modified the indexing error checking method Note 2 (see 6.7.1, 2007 version 6.5.1);

--- Increased the test method for measuring the deviation of the measuring surface (see 6.6);

--- Modify the value of the offset error of the measuring surface (see 6.6 and Table 2, Appendix C of the 2007 edition);

--- Added size B series inspection quantity blocks for the maximum allowable error test method for indicating value (see 6.8 and Table 3, 2007 version 6.6 and Table 2);

--- Increased the maximum allowable error of the electronic digital display outer diameter micrometer with a range equal to 50mm to check the mass (see 6.8 and table 3);

--- Modified the test method for the maximum allowable error of the indication (see 6.8.1, version 6.6.1 of the 2007 edition);

--- Move the contents of Appendix A to Appendix G to the text (see Appendix A to Appendix G of the 2007 edition);

--- Removed the provision of scores for angle sensors (see version 5.8.3 of the 2007 edition).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of electronic digital external micrometer, type and basic parameters, requirements, inspection methods, test methods, and targets. Aspiration and packaging.
