This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definition of the electronic digital display outer diameter micrometer of special structure, general type and basic parameters, general requirements, General inspection methods, special types and parameters as well as special requirements and test methods, test methods, signs and packaging.
This standard applies to special structures with a resolution of 0.001 mm, a range of less than or equal to 25 mm, and an upper limit of the measurement range up to 500 mm.
The electronic digital display outer diameter micrometer (hereinafter referred to as "special electronic micrometer").

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 1216-2018, GB/T 17163-2008, GB/T 17164-2008, GB/T 20919-2018 and GB/T 24634-2009 and the following terms apply to this document.
3.1 Electronic digital micrometer digital display device
A device for calculating and displaying the micrometer screw displacement of an electronic digital micrometer using sensors, electronics, and digital display technology. Hereinafter referred to as "Electronic digital display device".
3.2 Special structure electronic digital display outer micrometer
Using a special measuring surface or ruler, the electronic digital display device is used to measure the distance between the two measuring surfaces on the frame. External measuring device.
