3 Terms and Definitions

GB/T 12905 and established in the following terms and definitions apply to this standard.

4.1 Code Structure

4.1.1 Structure logistics unit identification code Logistics unit identification code that identifies the logistic unit is unique identity code, with global uniqueness. Logistics unit identification code takes SSCC (serialshippingcontainercode, the Serial Shipping Container Code) indicated by the extension bit, vendor identification code, serial number, and school Check code consisting of four parts, it is a 18-bit digital code, divided into four structures shown in Table 1. Wherein the extended position by a one digit, the value 0-9; vendor identification code consists of 7 to 10 digits; serial number from nine to six digits; check code is a number.
