Scope
GB/T 36078-2018 is the English-translated version of 医药物流配送条码应用规范.
GB/T 36078-2018 sets out how bar codes are used in the distribution of pharmaceutical products. It defines the code structure and bar code representation for four kinds of object in medicine logistics: delivery packages, pallets, delivery documents and distribution nodes.
It also gives the technical requirements for the symbols and the format and placement of the bar code labels, with references to GS1 application identifiers, GS1-128, logistics unit and pallet coding, the location code of participants and two-dimensional symbologies such as QR Code and Han Xin Code.
Informative annexes describe the distribution process with an application example and show sample bar codes and labels. It is meant for coding, label design and automatic data capture on containers, pallets, documents and nodes across the pharmaceutical supply chain, was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.
