Scope
GB/T 43265-2023 is the English-translated version of 进口冷链食品追溯 追溯系统数据元.
GB/T 43265-2023 defines the data elements of the imported cold-chain food traceability system. A traceability chain is only as good as the agreement on what each party records: if the importer's batch identifier, the cold store's lot and the distributor's consignment are different fields with different formats, the chain has to be reconstructed by hand exactly when speed matters. The standard sets how a data element is represented, the logical relationships between the data held in the system, the catalogue of data elements themselves, and the rules for using and extending them when a sector needs fields the catalogue does not have. It took effect on 1 April 2024.
