Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with GB/T 1.1-2009 given rules.

This standard replaces GB/T 1443-1996 "machine tools and tool handles with clip from the cone." this standard and GB/T 1443-1996 compared to the main changes are as follows.

--- Modify the normative references;

--- Note to the table in Table 1 in the segment table;

--- Increased by 1, Note 2 of FIG;

--- Cone tolerances and order type and size of the swap;

--- Added Appendix A.

This standard uses redrafted law revision using ISO 296:1991 "Machine tool shank with self-locking cone." this standard and ISO 296:1991 compared to the existence of technical differences, Appendix A gives the list of the corresponding technical differences and their causes.

This standard and ISO 296:1991 compared also made the following editorial changes.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the number 4,6,80,100,120,160,200 Metric cone and No. 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 Morse taper dimensions and tolerances.

This standard applies to machine tools and tool shank with clips from the cone.

3 Taper tolerance

11334 taper angle tolerances specified by the GB/T AT7, the outer conical positive bias, negative bias within the cone.
