GB/T 1094.10-2022 — This document describes the measurement of sound pressure and sound intensity to determine the sound performance of transformers, reactors and their installed cooling equipment rate. Note. The term "transformer" in this document refers to "transformers and reactors". These methods are applicable to transformers and reactors conforming to GB/T 1094.1, GB/T 1094.6 and GB/T 18494 (all parts) to and the cooling equipment to which they are installed (whether they are mounted directly on the transformer or stand alone). This document applies to noise measurements made at the factory. For measurements in the field, due to the presence of nearby objects (including other transformers) Therefore, the measurement conditions in the field are very different from those in the factory. However, when noise measurements are required in the field, The general rules given in this document can be followed.

This document gives the sound level specification and test under different load conditions in order, and how to evaluate and report the sound level of the equipment through the test.
See Chapter 5 for new additions to the sound level measurement specification.
This document introduces the definition of "distribution transformer", which reflects the factory's need for simple and fast measurement of the sound level of such transformers.
All sound level (including background noise) measurements of equipment installed in substations have increased 1/3 octave spectrum measurements, reflecting the
The new requirements of the planning and design units for the users also put forward new requirements for the functions of the measuring instruments.
There has been little experience with the introduction of the sound intensity method before. After years of implementation, it is necessary to modify with the rich practical experience.
need. This document describes the equivalence of the sound pressure method and the sound intensity method under certain test constraints.
The introduction of the new sound intensity method validity criterion recognizes the limitations of previous experience. The allowable pressure-intensity index deltaL is still 8dB, while the measured
The difference between the measured sound pressure level and the reported sound intensity level is limited to 4dB.
For the sound pressure method, the correction of sound reflection is strengthened, and the frequency-dependent K obtained by measuring the reverberation time of the laboratory should be used.
value. If the K value is derived from the sound absorption coefficient table, the average sound absorption coefficient should reasonably reflect the surface condition of the working environment.
The walking measurement method and the point-by-point measurement method are also applicable. Walk measurements reflect technological advances in engineering practice, making measurements even higher
efficient, especially for large equipment. For distribution transformers and for health and safety reasons, point-by-point measurements are more applicable.
In order to reduce the near-field effect, the reference measurement distance is set to 1m. However, for distribution transformers, limited test sites, and low signal-to-noise ratios
Conditions and for health and safety reasons, the measurement distance is maintained at 0.3m.
Due to the complexity of the previous measurement surface area calculation formula, the difference in results is often less than 1dB, so the measurement surface area S will be measured.
The calculations are unified into a single formula.
All graphs depicting the measured surface area have been modified according to the envelope method for determining sound power levels. The height h is from the ground where the test product is located
Regardless of whether there is support under the test object, unless the test object is mounted on a support structure of sufficient size, the surface of the support structure can not be used.
as a reflective surface.
The method of determining the measurement surface area and the reference profile of several dry reactors is explained with a schematic diagram.
When using this document, reference should be made to the corresponding application guideline IEC 60076-10-1.2016, as this can help with important background information
and understanding of details.
