Scope
GB/T 37012-2018 is the English-translated version of 柔性直流输电接地设备技术规范.
GB/T 37012-2018 is the technical specification for the earthing equipment of HVDC transmission systems using voltage sourced converters, for symmetrical monopole modular multilevel systems rated up to ±500 kV DC.
It sets the normal and special conditions of use and then deals with four kinds of equipment: the neutral point earthing resistor of the connecting transformer, the DC side earthing resistor, the earthing device of the star-connected reactor and the earthing transformer.
For each it gives performance requirements, tests and marking, and it closes with packaging, transport and storage. Informative annexes show the wiring of earthing equipment in a symmetrical monopole system and a method for calculating the equivalent energy of a resistor.
It is used with the power transformer and insulation standards it cites. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the conditions for the use of flexible DC transmission grounding equipment, the neutral point grounding resistor of the connecting transformer, and the DC side grounding resistance. Performance requirements, test items and signs, packaging, transportation and other types of grounding equipment such as grounding devices for star-connected reactors and grounding transformers Store.
This standard applies to the grounding of symmetrical single-pole modular multi-level topological flexible DC transmission systems with DC voltage ±500kV and below. device.
