GB/T 40823-2021 — This document specifies the operating conditions, ratings, design and structure, testing and selection guidelines of compact complete sets of equipment for power distribution substations, etc. content. This document is applicable to the rated frequency of 50 Hz, the high-voltage side AC rated voltage of 3.6kV ~ 40.5kV, and the high voltage/ A complete set of equipment composed of the main electrical function units of a low-voltage power distribution substation. The complete set of equipment can be connected to the grid through a cable, and can be installed in Indoor or outdoor enclosed electrical operation area. Refer to this document for compact complete sets of equipment with AC rated voltage higher than 40.5kV on the high-voltage side. The compact package equipment for distribution substations (CEADS) defined in this document is designed and tested as an independent product, with Independent serial number and related supporting documents. The functions of CEADS are. ---Open, close and control the operation of the high-voltage loop; ---Protection of high-voltage/low-voltage transformer functional units; ---High pressure/low pressure conversion; ---Open, close and control the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder circuit. The relevant provisions in this document also apply to designs that do not have all of the above functions, but at least have the above two functions, for example. A device consisting of only the high-voltage/low-voltage conversion function and the switching and control functions for the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder circuit. Note. For the use of this document, it is considered that the self-protected transformer is not CEADS but its functional unit, which is carried out in accordance with its own product standard IEC 60076-13 Design and experiment.

Because of this, the grouping requirement is no longer mandatory.

---Changed the power frequency withstand voltage test time requirement for the low-voltage internal connection line in the dry state, from 1min to 5s (see

7.2.3.3), in order to be consistent with the requirements in GB/T 7251.1-2013, to avoid requirement conflicts and repeated tests.

Introduction

Traditional high-voltage/low-voltage distribution substations consist of main electrical components (high-voltage switchgear, distribution transformer

And the corresponding low-voltage power distribution device). This area can be a building used for other functions (non-electrical purposes).

A few years ago, in order to seek more compact and standardized substations, the concept of prefabricated substations appeared. GB/T 17467 covers

According to this standard, the main electrical components (high-voltage switchgear, transformer, and low-voltage switchgear) fully comply with their respective products.

According to product standards, the entire substation (including internal connecting wires and housing) is manufactured and tested in the factory after design and type testing. Mutually

In addition, other types of complete sets of equipment have also been produced on the market, which include main electrical components and their

The internal connection line is designed, tested and delivered as an independent product as a whole. Therefore, the product can be type tested, in the factory

After being manufactured, tested in the factory, and transported, it is installed in a closed electrical operation area.

This document covers this kind of factory assembly and type-tested products, named as compact complete sets of equipment for power distribution substations

(CEADS). There are many possibilities for its arrangement, this document gives the foreseeable basic set of guidelines.

CEADS is not covered by GB/T 36271.1, but will become a part of the distribution substation.

Considering that adjacent parts can even share certain parts (shell, solid or fluid insulation, etc.), it is necessary to pay attention to the potential between them.

A complete set of equipment composed of the main electrical function units of a low-voltage power distribution substation. The complete set of equipment can be connected to the grid through a cable, and can be installed in

Indoor or outdoor enclosed electrical operation area.

Refer to this document for compact complete sets of equipment with AC rated voltage higher than 40.5kV on the high-voltage side.

The compact package equipment for distribution substations (CEADS) defined in this document is designed and tested as an independent product, with

Independent serial number and related supporting documents.

The functions of CEADS are.

---Open, close and control the operation of the high-voltage loop;

---Protection of high-voltage/low-voltage transformer functional units;

---High pressure/low pressure conversion;

---Open, close and control the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder circuit.

The relevant provisions in this document also apply to designs that do not have all of the above functions, but at least have the above two functions, for example.

A device consisting of only the high-voltage/low-voltage conversion function and the switching and control functions for the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder circuit.

Note. For the use of this document, it is considered that the self-protected transformer is not CEADS but its functional unit, which is carried out in accordance with its own product standard IEC 60076-13

Design and experiment.
