Foreword

This document complies with the regulations of GB/T 1:1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Custom drafting: This document replaces GB 30077-2013 "Emergency Rescue Material Equipment Requirements for Hazardous Chemical Units" and is consistent with GB 30077-2013 In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows:

a) Changed the scope of Chapter 1 (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the:2013 edition);

b) Delete the term and definition of "hazardous chemicals emergency rescue", add the term and definition of "hazardous chemicals unit", and change the term "enterprise "professional emergency rescue team" terms and definitions (see 3:2, 3:3, 3:1 of the:2013 edition);

c) The configuration principle has been changed (see Chapter 4, Chapter 4 of the:2013 edition);

d) The overall equipment requirements have been changed (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the:2013 edition);

e) The equipment types and some performance requirements of emergency rescue materials in the emergency rescue material equipment requirements for workplaces have been changed (see Section

6 Chapter, Chapter 6 of the:2013 edition);

f) Changed the equipment types and some performance requirements for emergency rescue supplies in 7:

1 Personal protective equipment requirements for emergency rescue personnel (See Table 2,:2013 version of Table 2);

g) The number of emergency and rescue vehicles has been changed (see Table 3, Table 3 of the:2013 version);

h) The equipment requirements for commonly used emergency and rescue vehicle types have been changed (see Table 4, Table 4 of the:2013 version);

i) Changed the towing quality of multi-functional rescue vehicles in the technical performance of main rescue vehicles (see Table 5,:2013 version table 5);

j) Changed the equipment types and some performance requirements of emergency rescue supplies in the requirements for emergency rescue supplies in gas-protected vehicles (see Table 6,:2013 version of Table 6);

k) Changed other equipment requirements in Chapter 8 (see 8:2,:2013 version of 8:2);

1 Scope

GB 30077-2023 is the Chinese national standard on requirements on emergency rescue materials equipment for hazardous chemical enterprises, in the field of environment and health protection, safety. It carries no /T suffix, which in the Chinese system means compliance is mandatory: a product or a practice within its scope has to meet it to be lawfully made, sold or carried out in China. It was issued on 28 December 2023 by the State Administration for Market Regulation; Standardization Administration of China, and has been in force since 1 September 2024.
