This document stipulates the basic requirements and management requirements for hazardous chemical companies to carry out safety production standardization work. This document is applicable to hazardous chemical production enterprises, chemical enterprises that use hazardous chemicals in production, and those that store hazardous chemicals. 3 Terms and definitions
