First edition, in force from 1 May 2025. Issued on 24 January 2025, it has been in force since 1 May 2025.

1 Scope

This document specifies the overall requirements, site selection, general layout, public works, safety, and fire protection of parking lots for hazardous materials transport vehicles in chemical parks.

Construction requirements of fire prevention, environmental protection and informatization.

This document is applicable to the construction of parking lots for dangerous goods transport vehicles in chemical parks. The reconstruction or expansion of parking lots for dangerous goods transport vehicles shall be referred to use.

This document does not apply to parking for vehicles carrying explosives, acute toxicity category 1 (highly toxic) substances, infectious substances and radioactive materials.

Parking lots, as well as parking lots built within enterprises.

Note. “Explosives, infectious substances and radioactive substances” adopt the classification method of GB 6944; “Acute toxicity category 1 (highly toxic) substances” adopts the classification method of GB 30000.
