Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 17906-1999 "General Technical Requirements for Hydraulic Demolition Tools". Compared with GB/T 17906-1999, except for The main technical changes in addition to the editorial modification are as follows.

--- Deleted the method of classification by rated working pressure (see 4.2 in the.1999 edition);

---Added the method of classification according to work ability level (see 4.2);

---Modified the model compilation method (see Chapter 5, Chapter 5 of the.1999 edition);

---Modified the performance parameter requirements of hydraulic demolition tools (see 6.1.3, 6.1.3 of the.1999 edition);

---Modified the strength requirements of hydraulic demolition tools (see 6.1.4, 6.1.4 of the.1999 edition);

---Added the anti-eccentricity performance, anti-slip performance and safety requirements of hydraulic rescue tools (see 6.1.5, 6.1.6 and 6.1.12);

--- The vibration performance and stability requirements of hydraulic rescue tools have been deleted (see 6.1.6 and 6.1.11 in the.1999 edition);

---Modified the action performance requirements of the power source (see 6.2.3, 6.2.3 of the.1999 edition);

---Increase the anti-turnover performance, anti-slip performance, full load working time and safety requirements of the motorized pump (see 6.2.4, 6.2.5, 6.2.6 and 6.2.12);

---Modified the pressure and flow performance requirements of the power source (see 6.2.4 of the.1999 edition);

---Deleted the motor and gasoline engine requirements for the power source (see 6.2.8 and 6.2.9 in the.1999 edition);

---Added the structure and size parameter requirements of the fast interface (see 6.3.1.2);

---Modified the expansion force and supporting force test methods of hydraulic rescue tools (see 7.2.3.1 and 7.2.3.3,.1999 edition of 7.2.3.1 and 7.2.3.3);

---Modified the inspection rules (see Chapter 8, Chapter 8 of the.1999 edition).

1 Scope

This document defines the terms and definitions of hydraulic rescue tools in fire emergency rescue equipment, and specifies their classification, model, technical requirements, Test methods, inspection rules and signs, packaging, transportation and storage.

This document applies to hydraulic rescue tools, power sources and accessories used in fire emergency rescue. This standard does not apply to electric motors. Of electro-hydraulic rescue tools.
