Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB 18382-2001 "Fertilizer marking - Presentation and

declaration". Compared with GB 18382-2001, the main technical changes are

as follows.

- MODIFY the scope (see Chapter 1);

- MODIFY the order of terms and definitions; ADD such terms as bulk

blending fertilizers (see 3.7), secondary nutrient (element) fertilizers (see

3.8), micronutrient fertilizers (see 3.9), fertilizer nutrients (see 3.11), organic

fertilizers (see 3.10); DELETE such terms as packaged fertilizer, slow-

acting fertilizer, coated fertilizer, compound fertilizer, organic-inorganic

compound fertilizer, fertilizer grade (see 3.3, 3.6, 3.7, 3.8, 3.10, 3.15, etc.,

of the 2001 edition);

- MODIFY the basic principles (see Chapter 5), general requirements (see

Chapter 6), labeling content and requirements (see Chapter 7), printing of

marking (see Chapter 10);

- REFINE the requirements for quality certificates and conformity certificates

(see Chapter 9).

This standard was prepared by using the redrafting method, with reference to

ISO 7409.2018 "Fertilizers - Marking - Presentation and declarations". The

degree of consistency with ISO 7409.2018 is nonequivalent.

This standard was proposed by AND shall be under the jurisdiction of the

Ministry of Industry and Information Technology of the People's Republic of

China.

This standard replaces the standard previously issued as follows.

- GB 18382-2001.
