Scope
HG/T 4218-2011 is the English-translated version of 改性碳酸氢铵颗粒肥.
HG/T 4218-2011 deals with modified ammonium bicarbonate granular fertilizers and is a recommended standard of the Chinese chemical industry. It gives the terms and definitions for the product and sets the requirements, the test methods, the inspection rules and the provisions for marking, packaging, transport and storage. It applies only to granular fertilizer made from agricultural ammonium bicarbonate, or from ammonium bicarbonate with a small amount of agricultural urea, together with stabilizers, conditioners and anti-moisture or anti-caking agents that may carry trace elements; ammonium chloride and other chlorine-bearing substances must not be added. It is applied with GB/T 6003.1, GB/T 6274, GB/T 6679, GB/T 8170-2008, GB 8569, GB/T 8572-2010, GB/T 8577, GB 18382, GB/T 19203, GB/T 23349, GB/T 24890 and GB/T 24891. Issued on 20 December 2011, it has applied since 1 July 2012.
