Scope

GB/T 10510-2023 is the English-translated version of 硝酸磷肥、硝酸磷钾肥.

GB/T 10510-2023 is the Chinese national standard for nitrophosphate fertilizer and potassium nitrophosphate fertilizer, the fertilizers obtained by decomposing phosphate rock with nitric acid.

It sets the technical requirements, the inspection rules and the marking, packaging, transport and storage, and describes the test methods for both products.

The products are graded as type I, type II and type III, with indicators that include the share of nitrate nitrogen in the total nitrogen, a chloride ion limit for nitrophosphate fertilizer and limits for toxic and harmful substances.

The test methods cover total nitrogen, nitrate nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium, chloride ion, free water, particle size and the harmful substances of GB 38400.

Producers and inspection bodies use it. It replaces GB/T 10510-2007, was issued on 6 August 2023 and has applied since 1 March 2024.

Foreword

This document complies with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Standardization Work Guidelines Part 1: Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 10510-2007 "Nitrophosphate Fertilizer, Nitrophosphate Potassium Fertilizer". Compared with GB/T 10510-2007, except for structural adjustment In addition to general and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

---Changed the scope (see Chapter 1, Chapter 1 of the 2007 edition);

---Changed the introduction to Chapter 3 (see Chapter 3); changed the definition of nitric acid phosphate fertilizer (see 3.1, 3.1 in the 2007 version), deleted "Mating type" terms and definitions (see 3.3 of the 2007 edition);

---Change the product grade to Type I, Type II, and Type III, and change the product technical indicators (see Table 1 and Table 2, Table 1 of the 2007 version), The index of the percentage of nitrate nitrogen in total nitrogen has been increased (see Table 1 and Table 2), and the chloride ion index has been added to nitric acid phosphate fertilizer products (see Table 1). Added limit requirements for toxic and harmful substances (see 4.3);

--- Added the determination method of total nitrogen content (see 5.2.1.2, 5.2.1.3), added the determination method of nitrate nitrogen content (see 5.2.2), added Added the determination method of available phosphorus content (see 5.2.3.2), added the determination method of potassium content (see 5.2.4.2), added the method of chloride ionization The determination method of sub-content (see 5.5.2), and the determination method of toxic and harmful substances (see 5.6) are added;

---Changed the inspection categories and inspection items (see 6.1, 6.1 of the 2007 edition);

---Changed the requirements for marking (see Chapter 7, Chapter 7 of the 2007 edition);

---Changed the packaging requirements for bagged products (see 8.1, 2007 version of 8.1).
