Scope

GB/T 20413-2017 is the English-translated version of 过磷酸钙.

GB/T 20413-2017 is the Chinese national product standard for single superphosphate, the fertilizer obtained by reacting sulfuric acid with phosphate rock, whose main components are calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate.

It gives the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transport and storage of the product. It applies to loose and granular single superphosphate made industrially by treating phosphate rock.

Compared with the 2006 edition it adds requirements and determination methods for water-soluble phosphorus and sulfur, limits for arsenic, cadmium, lead, chromium, mercury, volatile organic compounds and trichloroacetaldehyde, and more detailed rules for product marking and packaging.

Loose superphosphate must meet the indicators of its table and the values declared on the product. It replaces GB 20413-2006, was issued on 29 December 2017 and has applied since 1 July 2018.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard replaces GB/T 20413-2006 "superphosphate." Compared with GB/T 20413-2006, the main technical changes are as follows.

--- Increased water-soluble phosphorus, sulfur requirements and determination methods;

--- Increasing the arsenic, cadmium, lead, chromium, mercury, volatile organic compounds, the requirements and determination of trichloroacetaldehyde limits;

--- Refine the product identification, packaging requirements.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions of superphosphate, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage.

This standard applies to industrial-made phosphate rock phosphate treatment of loose and granular superphosphate products.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Single superphosphate

With sulfuric acid and phosphate rock reaction generated to calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate as the main component of the product.

3.2 Volatile organic compounds

Organic compounds boiling below 80 ° C at one atmospheric pressure.

4 Requirements

4.1 Loose superphosphate

4.1.1 Appearance. Loose, no mechanical impurities.

4.1.2 Loose superphosphate should meet the requirements of Table 1, at the same time should meet the indicated value.
